Some of duties include, but not limited too: • Surveying/Planning/Auditing/Project Managing Fibre cities and retro build sites, from the exchange (OLT/ODF/OCR/OFR) all the way to FTTH/P installation, trying to find ways to reduce costs for the company, implementing change, coaching team members, ensuring safety is adhered to, offering assistance on the day when someone needs help with an issue to complete a task. • I have also worked hard to reduce our No Sync plots and more recently, I have worked on FTTP & Ethernet faults to resolve complex issues and get customers back in service fast. • I work closely with Precision Test Officer's to resolve fracture issues and support them when they ask for my assistance using my OTDR training to locate faults. • I work both on overhead and underground networks including copper and blown fiber, building full networks from OLT to ONT.
