At BorgWarner my job responsibilities included performing design development, Stress, Monte Carlo and De-rating analysis on analog and digital power electronics circuits using Saber and Mathcad. Design of embedded micro-controller systems, motor control circuits and Signal/Power integrity. Worked on board Power dissipation studies to reduce the project cost by using better circuit components. I also have experience working on design quotes & BOM cost optimization for start center and providing preliminary PCB board design for RFQ. Hyperlynx simulation for signal & power integrity and Saber RD for DFMEA are some of the new skills that i am currently working on. I worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Pentair Thermal Management for 2.2 years where my work responsibilities helped me gain exposure on topics such as digital controllers, controller-sensor integration & Power electronics. My role in the team was to develop electrical heat tracing circuits for the inputs provided by clients.
