In this role, I directed the East Timor Mental Health Project, leading to the establishment of East Timor's first mental health service, one of my career highlights. I also have experience in the NGO sector, managing a range of programs both locally in NSW and overseas. These roles involved community development and capacity building, and project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
