I was once shy to serve or talk to customers, but through my previous employment history, I have gained confidence in not only serving customers but giving them the best shopping experience for them to return. I am a bubbly, hardworking 25year old who is ready to showcase many skills to any company I apply for. I have previously started working at a packhouse packing and grading fruits, where I gained alot of experience in over time and working long hours on night shift. I then progressed to working in a fast paced environment at Pak n Save in Hastings, where I was in one of the most busiest departments which was Deli/Seafood, where I gained my first customer service skills serving a number of customers at a time, including busy periods such as public holidays and Christmas periods. I also gained alot of knowledge in Health and safety with Food preparations. During my time at Pak n Save, started early shifts from 4.30am in the morning, working by myself till the next person coming in at 6am. There, making me responsible for the department when it's time for opening hours at 6am. I also have excellent cleaning skills as I use to work at Redefine Home Presentation, where I would work unsupervised at different locations cleaning toilets and kitchens and mopping floors at different offices and disability centers. My most previous job history is one of my favourites - Sales Assistant the Baby Factory in Hastings. I gained more customer service skills, aswell as handling cash and POS systems including eftpos. I would also handle end of day cash and balancing till money, Answering phone calls and phone orders, stock duties including using a scanner to scan in and out deliveries. Using Microsoft software for Emails and orders, monthly reports and quotes for Winz etc. I am now on a new adventure, looking to expand my skills and keen to learn more within a company who is not afraid of a hardworking girl who can juggle a 4year old toddler, a husband and working at the Same time.
