I have had a variety of additional front line opportunities to work with vulnerable populations such as victims of violent crime (including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence), youth in conflict with the law, young adults with developmental or learning disabilities, and families living in difficult socio-economic circumstances. The combination of my employment, volunteer, and educational experiences have provided me with many opportunities to develop skills related to providing counselling and support, completing assessments, using good judgement, resolving conflicts, case management, effectively presenting ideas and information, and the ability to adapt to changing work dynamics.
