After five months of working as a managed resource employee through Robert Half for Wells Fargo & Co., I was interviewed and hired on as a full-time employee. I continued working in my Loan Servicing role for just under a year to reduce risk in the department by performing internal quality assurance reviews, training new team members, and creating training materials. Moving into my previous position as a Procedure Writer/Publisher was a welcomed challenge that has considerably increased my attention to detail, editing, and professional relationship building skills. Currently, I am supporting the procedures in Capital Markets as a Business Support Associate II (same work as a PW/P). This role requires more editing and reporting work from me on a daily basis in order for the teams who use the procedures to are successful.
