After marketing for an imaging center for a year and a half in Plano Texas; I was invited to join Diagnostic Imaging, a Phoenix medical Imaging distributor. A multi-state territory opened up with a leader in medical consumable products, E-Z EM Inc. After tenaciously pursuing it; I was awarded this position & I spent several years working for E-Z EM & loved every minute. Unfortunately, due to a merger with Bracco Diagnostics, positions were consolidated. I was so fortunate to work for Intalere, formerly Amerinet, as the Manager for the DI Quote Review Program for a little over 9 years. Intalere has just gone through a reorganization and sadly, I was released. The purpose of the Quote Review program was to confirm the member was receiving the contracted pricing, terms and conditions. If errors were discovered, the vendors and I work together to correct them. During my tenure at Intalere, I helped develop a template for the program that was used in other divisions of the company. Our team discovered additional savings for hundreds of Intalere’s customers/members. Specialties: I have worked closely with Radiology Administrators, Purchasing agents, manufacturers and distributors for medical product purchases, pricing and distribution. I have experience with GPOs and their associated contracts. I created and presented accredited continuing education programs for Virtual Colonoscopy and Small Bowell studies for Radiology Technologists & Radiologists.
