I say successful because it is a very difficult career to master and I was able to get established by concentrating on the corporate sector in the business arena. This enabled me to establish a significant database of high networth investors after I decided I needed a career change and property was the perfect industry. After a long apprenticeship I have been able to penetrate and associate with corporate developers , superannuation and property trusts that need to provide their investors with security and performance for their investment. I have arrange a joint venture residential development project which will ultimately be valued at 100m as well as unit developments. I currently am involved in 6 projects worth in excess of 500m and about a dozen of other property ventures across the property specrum. I have also put together a non-property project that will ultimately be a billion dollar enterprise relating to water and salinity.I am a major stateholder in the companies involved. I am also a Director of my son's IT company which I can say without fear or favour that - it's going to be " big time ". My ultimate goal is to rejoin Rotary where I have been a Past President and my business interests are ensuing that my financial future is well established and eventually I intend spending more time supporting charitable organisations. of 500m worth of retail, resort, hotel projects.
