Although the location's 4 walls were built, it was an empty shell inside. I established everything from the ground up where I: ▶ interviewed as many as 300 potential staff members, ▶ set up the inventory and logistical systems, ▶ source the inventory, and ▶ instituted such vital fixturing as planograms and shelving. This ambitious task was completed in only 30 days. I am extremely proud of the fact that I received "green-light approval" because they normally encounter the following scenarios: ▶ insufficient inventory levels ▶ back-order scenarios ▶ shipping and shelving delays While at Shoppers Drug Mart, I was commended for being an essential role model for my staff and was deemed an Advanced Lead Coach where I train and inspire new managers to deliver peak performance.
