Leading teams to invent new products and experiences that the world has never seen before are some of my greatest memories. I have built two startup and many new products and services in my career. The last one was a payments business inside a fortune 100 company that went from 0 to 100B in transaction processing over 6 years. Prior to that, I led the build out of a digital startup bank that included setting everything up from product design, technology selection, technology build and integration, digital experience, sales, operations, and payments across deposits and lending. The bank grew to 4B before acquiring a much larger bank reaching over 30B. I've also run some of the largest digital lending businesses in the world and integrated experiences across related industries. In my career, I've had an incredible opportunity to lead functions end to end in payments, banking, investments, and lending. These experiences include leading strategy, innovation, technology, program execution, operations, product management, IT product management, marketing, sales, process design, and continuous improvement.
