Standardized PHX6 Inbound Benchmarking initiatives consisting of over 170 action items for building compliance in accordance with ACES. Completed over 178 hrs of academic instruction, trained to safely plan and navigate flights as a Flight Officer in a naval aircraft. Completed the Division Officer Leadership Development Course that produces effective leaders at the Division Officer level and encourage leaders to professionally and personally motivate growth within their personnel. Conducted daily flight briefs and examined hazardous situational responses. Successfully analyzed, predicted and documented weather patterns for flying access or necessary deviations.Monitored and maintained all building operations, utility systems and maintenance for 1.5 million sq. ft. facility. Proactively changed the regulations to save the U.S. Naval Academy approximately $23K/ month. Supervised and managed over 35 personnel directly. Prepared and presented weekly reports to the Commandant of Midshipmen.Demonstrated excellent technical expertise by troubleshooting over 20 complex radar system malfunctions.
