Prior to this Key role, from November 2011- December 2015, Managed the CASO Heartland Team as the Division Sales Manager. - Role - Managed the Highest DP VPO Markets in the country. Successful track record in coaching, training and developing our Regional Sales Managers into future leaders within our organization. Main responsible was to develop our overall business with CCR in the Central US. The team consisted of 6 Regional Sales Managers, and a Commercial Manager who helped drive the Division's sales volume growth, and execution. Total Division Team Sales represented approx 43 Million cases and 450 Million Dollars in Revenue Sales.
