From 2010 I was a merchant seafarer/onboard services crew at Stena Line - STCW 95 certified in Sea Survival Techniques, Proficiency in Designated Onboard Security Duties, Special Requirements for Personnel on RoRo Passenger Ships - Safety Training and Crowd Management, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities, Elementary First Aid, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, ISPS 2004, Food Hygiene and Customer Care. Trained in evacuation procedures and Marine Evacuation Systems. From October 2014 to June 2015 I held joint responsibility for OBS Flexi staff rotas involving service level crewing matrix, crew tracker, drill records, manning levels and issuing of weekly staff rotas. I have significant knowledge and experience of all Irish Sea ferry operations, having travelled extensively on passenger vessels across all operators. Customer service focussed.
