I have worked with build strong community outreach, promoting ties throughout our diverse community. I'm proud to have authored 2 COPS Federal Grants that have allowed the Dept. to add staff, as well as numerour yearly grants to supplement equipment, trainining, and over-time for our officers. Throughout my years, I have continued to push my education and skills to keep maintain a high level of proficiantancy in current law enforcement training. Over the years I have also volunteered with several organizations, working to strengthen our community. I have worked with youth to provide them with tools and resources they need to further themselves in their careers. I currently serve as president of a Travel Fastpitch Softball organization, of which I have been a member for the last 8 years. I had the honor several years ago to be a spokesman for Delaware Special Olympics, and still participate in fundraisiing event to support these amazing athletes. As I look toward the end of this carreer, I'm looking for new challenges in my future civilian life where I can use my experience and skills. It is important to me that my knowledge base and understanding are used in the best possible way that I can assist others
