Scott Barratt is a I’m an energetic, passionate and confident individual with a background in retail, specifically for Argos. For the past 4 years I have been primarily leading a customer facing and customer focused store team, delivering great customer service and setting stretching sales targets. I’m someone that enjoys working at pace and always thinks “Big Picture”. I believe laying the foundations is essential to any leadership role, make sure we get the basics right, and then see how we can improve and simplify processes, to better serve our customers. Feedback is essential to what I do; receiving feedback is equally as important to giving it to my staff, ensuring they stay motivated and are able to act on any developmental needs, as I do. I am a role model, “live your values”: be customer focused, have a will to win, show respect and support. I like to coach to really push people to those “next levels” coaching is probably my strongest skill set that I have developed to date and is a great asset to what I do, and what I will do in the future.
