I have several years' experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing and am currently Senior Wellbeing Advisor at the University of Portsmouth. Previously, I led the devlopment of the new Student Wellbeing service at Bournemouth University. I have worked for a number of services including Victim Support, Solent Mind and the Arts University Bournemouth, where I was the Wellbeing Officer offering mental health and crisis support to students. I have also carried out research in the field of Health Psychology at the University of Southampton.
