Vitality Law Australia provides small business owners across Australia with clear pathways and peace of mind to grow their healthcare businesses. We have deep industry knowledge and experience working with pharmacy businesses, medical centres, dental practices, physiotherapy clinics, allied health providers and veterinary clinics. We work closely with our clients to understand their business, provide them with education relevant to their challenges or knowledge gaps, and help them achieve business growth. We have extensive experience with applications to the Australian Community Pharmacy Authority and Commonwealth Department of Health including applications for the exercise of Ministerial Discretion. In addition to our focus on healthcare businesses, we also assist clients with conveyancing, leasing and general commercial law matters. Sarah regularly speaks at conferences, deliver workplace trainings and educational sessions and offers guidance on issues facing current or prospective business owners via free, online articles. In 2021, Sarah was named the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Australian Sole Practitioner of the Year. She was also a finalist in the AusMumpreneur Business Awards. In 2022, Sarah published my first co-authored business book, Courage and Confidence. The book is a collection of tips and wisdom from 24 Australian women about what it takes to succeed in the business.
