The Senior Business Analyst uses subject matter expertise to ensure appropriate ‘tap-off’ solutions are in place by making enhancements to systems and processes and ensuring accurate calculation and payment of customer redress. 8. Engage with project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery 9. It is expected that Senior Business Analysts will mentor and guide Business Analysts in their day to day activities and personal development.
