I moved into estate agency and joined at entry level as a sales negotiator and progressed to Valuation Manager within 6 months and eventually progressing to Branch Manager. I was a successful estate agent and stayed within the industry over 10 years. The skills I learnt in estate agency moved me to Software sales where I knew was a move to the future. I have been in software sales and management for 6 years where I have worked with NHS, charities, not for profit organisations and schools to provide user friendly solutions to support them in achieving their goals. My current position at The Access Group is managing a group of hardworking individuals within the expanding inside sales team with a focus on bringing software solutions to schools and not for profit organisations.
