Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, community members and clients. Responsible for a staff of up to 200 and multiple contractors when operating large concerts or events. Responsible for booking events at the stadium that gross an average of $500,000 annually.Manage dressing rooms and rider requests for ten performing artists/bands. Work directly with artist management to coordinate backstage and lounge area logistics. Manage set up, execution and break down of backstage and artist lounge areas. Part of team to coordinate set-up of VIP areas. Manage and maintain coordination and distribution of catering passes for festival staff.On site to assist in the coordination of the set-up, execution and break down of the festival as a whole which takes place on a 600 acre plot of ranch land and includes four main stages and set up of trailers for artists, event management, site operations, production, waste management teams, local crew, sponsorship staff, catering, etc. Responsible for the training and management of a team of runners responsible for fulfilling the needs of the event staff and hospitality contracts, transportation for touring and site staff, assisting with production and operation related duties, etc.Manage the catering front of house operations and logistics. Manage a team of 11 event and wedding coordinators and over 40 service staff to successfully execute over 450 events including weddings, conferences, concerts and golf outings each year. Work in collaboration with various operations teams and departments on property to ensure excellent guest experiences. Ensure events are successfully executed, on and off-site; oversee consistency in service of food and beverage products. Monitor the completion of all event paperwork including actualized bills and beverage requisition forms. Recruit, interview and hire catering front of house staff. Conduct annual performance reviews for front of house catering staff. Perform daily and weekly payroll duties. Conduct monthly inventories.
