Within this 6 years at Convergys I had been a heavily active Team Leader within an engagement and events team alongside my day to day role. Including all aspects of engagement with key stakeholders from initial contact and networking, management and building on a reliable trustworthy partnership. During those six years, I also worked alongside the Convergys director of Marketing, providing support and solutions to marketing strategies. Also, gaining a Six Sigma Yellow belt running a project based on Brand Awareness. In 2013 I was part of the winning project team for the North-East Contact Centre Awards “Outsourced contact center of the Year” Working on and leading projects within Attrition, Employee Satisfaction and Net Through put. Also, being shortlisted for the Dream Team Award for the Employee Experience team.
