Upon graduating, I served as the Director of Recruiting for the Foundation Business Group, where I have helped increase our team by hiring 96 new field agents across 5 states in two years. Along with interviewing, my role extends to on boarding new agents through the licensing process. My relationships building skills help me hold team members accountable while helping our team to grow and hit high goals. Currently, I utilize my communication and leadership skills as the Sales Manager for Custom Built Design and Remodeling, where I focus on leading our sales team, hitting quarterly goals, living our core values and building strong relationships in the Greater Lansing Community.
