I did the first year in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Coimbra), but I've never gave up on Medicine, eventually taking an year off in which I took the opportunity to study, work, volunteering and, specially, think about other graduation alternatives in Health Sciences area. I got into Biomedical Sciences in Aveiro University with another maturity. In the Pharmaceutical Medicine Minor, I met Clinical Research, the great engine behind the evolution of Health and, for the first time, I saw Medicine as a second plan. I am post-graduated in Epidemiology. After almost 4 years working as Life Sciences Consultant at ALTEN Portugal I specialised myself in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance. Currently I am Responsible for Training and People Qualification at Laboratórios Basi, being part of Technical Management department.
