Thus, Santucee has spent the latter part of her career developing specialized skills in this area: uniquely positioning her to meet the needs of every founder and inclusive entrepreneurship program and special initiative she supports. In all that she does, Santucee has one main objective: to impact. Santucee is currently an independent consultant helping BIPOC and other underrepresented founders succeed in entrepreneurship by offering consulting, business coaching, entrepreneurship program management, VC portfolio/platform support, and advisory & technical assistance services to entities rooted in equity that support diverse founders. While pursuing her MBA, Santucee served as a Project Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Babson’s Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership, where she supported the center’s research and strategic planning & execution of inclusive & innovative entrepreneurship accelerator programs, including the Black Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Before this, she wore multiple hats across the private and nonprofit sectors. Her most notable experiences include connecting high-potential founders with investors, planning special programs and networking events for social and commercial entrepreneurs, co-launching a startup division within the 1 billion tech startup Uber, and developing growth strategies for nonprofits and social enterprises through community consulting projects.
