Conducting awareness trainings on legal enterprise risks and governance as per group policies and legal requirements to the key employees of each countries. Supporting investigation for the violations of code of conduct as per local legal requirements . Managing in house legal teams Globally . Advising the senior management on legal risk management and critical commercial transitions. Managing legal due diligence for acquisition & merger targets. Managing litigation in the entire region with the help of external legal firms. Sits in the commercial Sales Global Managements team and advice the core SLT on key legal issues .
