During the time I worked for Spefar S.A., participated in the project, design, commissioning and qualification of three plants, a non sterile factory to produce non sterile, non-sensitizing products, a penicilanic and a cefalosporinic facility, all meeting GMP, EMEA and FDA Standards and they have all been approved by the sanitary authorities since they are designed to produce for another countries. Also, managed smaller projects, such as installation of 3 packaging lines and a Tablet Coater. My work basically consisted in assigning the work activities to the project team, coordinating the team of engineers (electrical, piping, HVAC, etc.) and other third parties (architects, constructors, etc.) to keep the project in schedule and within the assigned budget, also, authorized every payment for its release after proper review of the worked done and the paperwork needed, such as blueprints and the fulfill of the user and functional specification requirements. Always reported to the CEO and worked with the CFO to correct the project plan and/or budget when necessary and coordinated the payment schedule for financial purposes. Nowadays I am the COO of the plant and manage the day to day activities, also I make the MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirement Planning) Finally, I would like to point out that I am a reliable, team player, focused on results person who can lead any team and mold them into top performers
