And Voucher approvals for labor payments. • Monitoring the door delivery + door booking performances. • Issuing the Contract labors payment as per the tonnage. • Monitoring the performances of all the staff and modifying the SOP’s according to the situation with prior approval from management. • SL’s to Customers - monitoring the all 3PL branches. • Conducting employee review program on every month • Conducting interviews and handling team size of 40 to 50 members. • Audits & regulatory support documentation • Ensure should meet the TAT as per the agreed • MIS maintaining and send to customer – on regular basis. • Hiring and negotiate the rates with other transporters for FTL’s. 1) Responsible for managing the inbound & outbound logistics activities 2) Responsible for shortage and excess of materials and verification for the oil leaks or rust or some other damages (if product finishes 3 years) 3) Responsible for all the inventory control in the w/h. 4) Responsible for costing of import & export related consignments including shipments around the world 5) Responsible for inspection, shipping, handling, and packaging for customers 6) Need to check - Receiving the CSV files from Japan transmitted files before the cargo arrivals to w/h. 7) Collecting and checking the GRNs from 3w/h for import shipments and delivery advices for exports shipment 8) Collecting and Verifying the BL’s and AWBs from the 3PL.(as per the LC conditions) 9) Wide operations knowledge for Air & sea cargo (Import or Export) handling impact on various commodity types like perishable, over size, Packing’s etc. 10) Handling Air cargo & sea cargo shipments. 11) Booking the vessels schedule details 12) Handling the Shipping documents required for the shipment 13) Tracking the shipments 14) Making the Documents like Invoice, Delivery Advice, HS Codes form, Certification of origin.
