AUDIT SPOC & BCP SPOC for entire engagement. Ensuring Automation and Organization goals are driven to completion. Conducting skip level meetings and one to one to gauge the performance of the team. Driving automation projects to delivery efficiency to clients as MSA (Contract). Taking care of BCP for the engagement and also ensuring Hot site for engagement during BCP situation. End to End governance of Services delivered from IDC for entire engagement. Delivering profit for the customer and driving efficiency within the team with automation projects. Handling MSA for vendors with cost effective measures for Service Delivery. Driving 100% governance for vendors like ADP, Deloitte, Willi’s Tower Watson, Mercer, etc.
