I joined FLP (Forever Living Products) USA, a big name in Direct Selling industry, globally and in just a short span of 3 months, I got to their highest % Manager level and started developing my team and from there it hit me, how valuable it is to develop people and help them live their dreams, and in the process I helped 4 others to qualify to Manager rank, few others to Asstt. Manager rank and so on. But after working there for almost 4 years, I had to quit this company, as I was aspiring for something else. So, I joined another Indian Direct Selling company, Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd. growing rapidly not only in India, but globally too. And here I learned how big and rewarding this Industry can be, How the trend is shifting from Company to Consumers directly. Next big thing in Retail Industry after E-Com. Empowering end Consumer. I feel blessed to be born in this beautiful young country, where big giants from all over the world, want to work. USA with a population of 35cr (approx.) is doing a turnover of 2,15,000 cr annually in Direct Selling just imagine, the huge potential we have in India, as we are just at 13,500 cr annually, India is a Sleeping Giant, and we are expanding globally.
