Our specialty lay with true online/offline secure data and communications handling, asset management, workforce management and streamlining business processes with existing systems.iEinstein was an Australian go to market vehicle that provided the Aust and NZ sales of the mosais developed comprehensive suite of IT and communications solutions. Birthed from an IP billing platform, iEinstein was an international software company that developed a solution to manage all of the IP telephony, collaboration and storage functionality both at a customer premise and in a hosted environment. Providing a feature rich IP PBX with integrated unified messaging solution, storage, collaboration and integration of third party applications aimed at telecommunications carriers wanting to keep ahead of the competition. With our telecommunications expertise, this software was targeted at carriers installing VoIP into a customer premise but also had a successful direct sales model through channel supply chains in NZ. This company, the technology stack and all existing clients were acquired early 2012 by dZhON pty Ltd.To provide a single point of contact for technical escalations and total account management for our large corporate clients through the transition of Dell's technical support services to India. Assisting transition of Dell Technical Support in the large corporate sector over to Bangalore and become the face of Dell services and through my technical background be able to provide on-the-spot assistance throughout the transition period. Provide an unsurpassed customer experience to all clients facing difficulties with the transition of Technical Support offshore. Through regular visits to large corporate clients, gain valuable trust to be able to step in as a technical resource throughout the transition period.Hired for the eBusiness division of Computer Associates, to implement systems and procedures to effectively bring together three sides of the organisation under one management structure. Along with the US Interbiz services team, I created and implemented an ERP that supported the sale to SSA Global technologies in April 2002.Hired solely to establish the newest subsidiary of NetComm, Banksia Software Pty LTD. Formed to give focus to the quality software products that NetComm Limited, have in the past been supporting. To oversee the establishment of sole distributing rights for distribution of new Software within the Australia and New Zealand Markets. I have established and implemented an outstanding business plan for the distribution of Banksia Software’s products that has lead to the sale by the board of directors and successfully created Banksia Software as a Pty LTD company. Establish distribution contracts with overseas software manufactures and Establish SLA’s with vendors and retailers. Assist the Technical Manager with management of help desk staff and ensure the timely implementation of systems to ensure a smooth transition for the sale by the board.Manage contracts on behalf of clients such as Sun Enterprise Services and NEC for the repair and/or replacement of defective equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand. Liase with Vendors and repairers worldwide, report to clients Logistics Teams in Singapore and USA. Analyse reports and prepare recommendations for managers and directors.
