Responsible for mentoring/motivating staff to reach success in each of their process areas. * As a CPA, I specialize in nonprofit corporate tax compliance and financial statement reporting, utility (governmental) fund accounting and FERC reporting. *As I assumed the role of Director of Finance, I specialized in both long-term and short-term debt acquisition, tranche refinancing, Dodd-Frank and Sec. 741 compliance, short-term syndicated lines, rating agency relationships and reporting, treasury oversight, liquidity forecasting, strategic analysis of LIBOR benchmarks, and key performance indicator management. My broad experience in these areas along with my career motivations and passions now are leading me to pursue an executive leadership role in the areas of Finance and/or Accounting.
