I was a founding member of the Customer Success team itself, helping re-organize the company around a philosophy of proactive guidance over passive support. Growing from a strong knowledge of the product as Implementation Specialist, I have been the primary or secondary resource for training every product-facing member of the organization in the past half-decade. I pioneered growing our key accounts, including proactive marketing and sales programs to convince our customers to jump to a new version of the software. This developed into a full Key Accounts Manager position which I used to finalize that new-version customer migration before stepping into a more generalist solutions engineering role, as we shifted the customer success team to be more proactive in upselling existing customers. I also worked as a Solutions Engineer, supporting all important and challenging projects faced by the major customer-facing teams (Sales Executives and Customer Success Managers), leaning on my deep experience with real-world customer usage, communication, and account management to guide projects to smooth success.
