I pioneered the use of obscure mortgage products and successfully closed the first NH Housing/USDA renovation loan at my company. Actively networking with REO agents and organizing educational sessions on Fannie Mae's Homeready program, cultivated a valuable relationship with the top REO team in NH, leading to their in-house lending team joining our company. In 2014, I recognized the need to bridge the gap between corporate training and real-world application. Developing supplemental training focused on product knowledge, LOS/Encompass training, and submission processes for new hires. This course proved highly successful, significantly reducing learning curves and accelerating branch revenue. Discovering a passion for training, I was recruited by a local lender seeking to expand and enhance their training efforts. In my new role, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive new hire on-boarding platform. Designing and implementing the training program, I also provided system support while identifying learning gaps and developing resources. Being able to originate and work within the systems, contributed to being an effective trainer. It also provided opportunities to champion change. One of the many programs we implemented reduced underwriter touches per file from six to two, significantly shortening submission-to-close turn-time. In 2020, after four years of professional growth, I joined Flagstar Bank as a Regional Sales Support Manager. This role merged all my previous experiences, allowing me to leverage the resources and expertise to deliver exceptional service and support to Flagstar Bank's retail division, while still serving the needs of my mortgage customers and referral partners. I am excited to see what the future holds!
