In my role, I’m focused on: • Leading the development of a content and integrated marketing strategy for Athene, by leveraging data, key consumer trends and competitor insights • Managing our national media program while aligning with objectives for each supported business line • Building an enhanced thought leadership program and content experience across our owned and paid channels With 10+ years of experience as a marketing and communications professional, in the areas of editorial, corporate communications and content management, I am able to coach my team to deliver results using a dual-minded approach. We need to think strategically and creatively but balance our forward-thinking mindset with the ability to execute on solid tactical plans and processes. Outside of work, I like to disconnect. Going for a run, attending concerts or spending time with my husband and daughters helps me to reset and recharge. I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves to tackle DIY projects – which feeds my passion to be creative and allows me to learn new skills.
