Over the past 32 years at Impact I have developed through the business, from office manager at the very start to become a marketing professional with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management in 1997 from Lancaster University, as well as professional CIM qualifications. In 2011, having managed business development for the previous five years, I took on the UK GM role. This is arguably one of the most exciting, fulfilling and demanding roles in the global business as the UK is the largest operational base globally. I was responsible for leading our talented team to achieve the UK’s contribution to the global vision, goals and strategy. In January this year, I handed over the UK GM reigns and stepped into a global role focusing on marketing and people. These are my two loves, so this is the perfect combination for me.
