As a result of my many years experiences (2016) in this company so far, I have contributed great jobs as bellow. • From 2008 to 2011: I have worked as Chief of Shift in NOC Department (3 years experiences). • In 2012: I have assigned to maintain the base stations in 5 provinces (CHA, BAN, BAT, PAI, and PUR). Total Sites that achieved 604 Base Station Sites. • In 2013: I have set up training courses to train technicians from 22 Metfone provincial Branches on 3 important skills Power, TSS and BSS. Total staffs participated are 256 staffs. • In 2014 to 2015: I have just been assigned by Director of Technical Center to evaluate and find out the root cause of failure equipment in warehouse. I have completely repaired amount of broken equipment as below:  TSS : 50 pcs  Power : 381 pcs  2G : 264 pcs  3G : 197 pcs Total equipment = 892 pcs • In 2016: I followed up broken equipment and I repaired 144 pcs (76 pcs for 2G, 68 pcs for 3G). As root causes have been found, I did give some solutions to protect our equipment from being broken. For example, I have written some guidelines to guide technicians how to run cable from outside into card, pump silicone on RF Module of 3G NOKIA and avoid short circuits on card when change configuration, so on…
