While at TaskUS I was able to develop a true global organization that was responsible for everything foundational that ran TaskUs and its 42K strong workforce on a global basis and during Covid and in less that 10 days, I built technologies such as VPN that supported 42K employees and VDI that allowed every employee to work from home when work from home was not allowed prior to Covid . At Plume I managed 3 organizations (Information Technology, Technical account Management and Technical support ) that were responsible for managing the internal user experience and external customer experience.
