Pre Contract Stage: - • Cost Estimate reports at different stages of the project, concept, schematic, 60% detailed design and detailed design stage. • Market testing, value engineering and budget control. • Issuing Bill of Quantities. • Issuing a pre-tender cost estimate report. • Compiling and preparation of Tender Documents for the project; including the production of the Bill of Quantities using specialized procurement software. • Review Tender’s Submissions commercially and contractually and preparing the Tender Evaluation Report. • Negotiations with the successful tenderer and preparation of the final Contract Documents incorporating all amendments agreed in the negotiations stage. • Worked in a Contractor’s tender department. Establishing a full preparation of tender document submission in terms of BOQ, pricing and breakdowns.
