The career choice proved a perfect match. I've been able to see and do incredible things and have had the privilege of telling the stories of extraordinary people. It's a job which has spawned plenty more ideas and dreams. I've worked in Australia and overseas, in TV, radio and online in countless roles from reporter to executive producer, and have covered many major events from flood disasters to the FIFA Women's World Cup. I have written, produced and advised on several podcasts including the global hit, ‘The Lady Vanishes’. I have also co-authored a book based on our podcast investigation into the disappearance of Gold Coast teacher Marion Barter. Along the way, I've received a number of awards - including a Walkley. I believe in lifelong learning and helping others to reach their potential too. My current role, as Project Manager of WINS (Women in News and Sport) with ABC International Development, is a gift. I get to work with inspiring women across the Indo-Pacific who are passionate about moving the dial on gender equality in sport and media. I’m a mum of two and a wife. I love the arts, travel, fitness and the outdoors. A lapsed blogger who's gathering stories for the books that are still ink in my pen. Glass half-full type. That's me.
