I was promoted to regional instructor for several EOL assembly plants. I’ve also worked on forming 3 training centers and created training material in the USA as well as Mexico and China. I conduct interviews and evaluations for new employees and constantly work to ensure the training material is up to date and accurate. I recently accepted a new position as an End of Line Electrical specialist to help maintain and raise quality. I continuously strive to improve my skills and learn new ones along the way.
