Since my school days, I've always been interested in learning concepts which are outside the general norms of syllabus. This has driven me in learning new technologies and tools and thus helped me to align with the current technologies. After working 8 months in Retail industry, from helping the customers in resolving their queries/issues with delivery/payments and also auditing the fraudulent/improper activities, I wanted to take this forward my adding technical skills to the communication and analytical skills I've possessed assisting the customers. This had driven me to jump into Information Technology industry, where I've worked for multiple clients. During this time, I've been introduced to substantial amount of data. After started working with the data, I felt very much fascinated about data and decided to leverage my knowledge and experience forward. This has driven me to pursue my Masters in Business Analytics in at The University of Texas at Dallas.
