Following this, I began my Master’s studies and worked for four years as Manager of BSV’s Northern Community Services during which I successfully tendered for and established a children’s contact service. After this, I worked with Interact Australia as a Divisional Manager responsible for three ATSS facilities. I then managed MacKillop Family Services Northern operations with responsibility for Home Based Care and Adolescent Residential Care programs and an early intervention program for young homeless women. For the last 9 years I have focussed on a career in community health - establishing an integrated child and family services hub with Eastern Access Community Health, and managing child, youth and family services at Doutta Galla Community Health (now cohealth). Whilst at Doutta Galla Community Health I acted as General Manager of Allied Health and Clinical Services - a role that had responsibility for the Gower St Medical Practice, Clinical and Aged Care and ATAPS. I commenced work with Neami National as Regional Manager for Western Vic responsible for MHCSS, Barwon PARC and the Victorian Health Promotion portfolio and I recently transitioned to a National Communications and Marketing role.
