He delivered his expertise through assessments, advisory and account management. Before Mercer, Sabyasachi worked as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture Strategy, leading teams and providing advisory services for new business launch, market entry, cost reduction, etc. Prior to his MBA, Sabyasachi worked in the central finance team of the Essar Group. He has also provided independent business pivoting advice to a small-scale hospitality chain and a shipping & logistics company in India. Sabyasachi holds an M.B.A. degree from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta.
