I am also a volunteer attorney with Lackawanna Pro Bono, which provides access to free legal services for those who cannot afford to do so on their own. A few recent examples of my representative experience include: - Obtained dismissal of a lawsuit on behalf of a non-profit who was alleged to have interfered with a contractor's construction project. - Obtained dismissal of a lawsuit on behalf of an EMS company who was alleged to have caused the death of a patient. -Successfully persuaded a jury to return a defense verdict in favor of two orthopedic surgeons and their practice group after a 5 day trial, where Plaintiff had alleged that the surgeons did not timely diagnose a knee infection following surgery, causing permanent damage. This verdict was affirmed by the Superior Court after briefing and oral argument.
