I installed over 150,000' of 50 Ohms 1/2"coaxial cable, 9,000' of 7/8" coaxial cable, 15,000' of fiber optic wiring and over 1,000 antennas that connected to multiple Corning Remote Hubs. I also have experience installing power cable, grounding cable and equipment, in various various cell tower shelters and buildings, to industry standards while following established safety guidelines in the process. I'm also an FIS certified fiber splicer that has over 1,000 fiber optic splices and then test the optical cable with a 100% success rate. Throughout the projects the team and I correctly addressed numerous technical and mechanical issues that arose during the structured cabling and antenna installation phases. By addressing the issues we were able to achieve industry standards and those established by the provided blueprints in a fast paced environment.As an eBay Sales Writer I was responsible for writing over 80 eBay adds about a wide variety electronic equipment on a weekly basis. In order to effectively communicate what the item was, its functionality and physical condition I had to conduct online research and basic testing of the item. It was also imperative to maintain communication and organization with the other eBay sales writers in order to increase the company’s return on investment.Completed the Albany Can Code - Automated Web Testing course which taught the skills necessary to revise and update websites and web apps so that they are error free. Throughout the course I used Microsoft's Visual Studio, wrote scripts in Python and using other collaborative tools such as Git.I enrolled at Albany Can Code in order to pursue a career in the web and software development fields. The course is designed for students to learn about the principles of Front End web development and coding. Throughout the course we learned HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, client side JS frameworks and how to use collaborative workplace tools like Git. The most engaging part of this course is its ability to learn through community outreach. The class was split up into groups and we were given the task of building a website for a local non-profit organization. My group and I were tasked with rebuilding a website that targets at-risk youth through Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). From the start we decided to hand code a vast majority of the website in order to develop the skills that we learned throughout the class. In many cases we were able to do so but we also used many of the tools available on the internet. Overall we were able to significantly improve the design and layout of the 4th Family website. The co-founder, Jahkeen Hoke, and his team were truly impressed about what we were able to accomplish in only a month. The 4th Family site can be found by going to 4thFamily.org and we plan to continue developing the site as our knowledge of coding increases.Worked with Google to collect field level data that enhances the location services and experience of users on a daily basis through geofencing. The Google training educated employees on the proper data collection techniques and how to best utilize Google's proprietary applications. As our territory extended from Pennsylvania to Maine the job required 80-100% travel from month to month. Due to the high level of travel and autonomous nature of the job a significant amount of daily planning, through the understanding of the points of interest provided, was required in order to obtain data for the Google engineers. Representing Google throughout the day made it imperative that I maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when I interact with clients in their stores. Accomplishments: *Top three of thirty associates from week to week based on performance metrics in the territory. *Consistently selected above other associates to work on new and innovative projects that Google was implementing on the ground level. *Maintained a 100% safety record after logging over 37,000 miles.As a Satellite Communications Team Chief I supervised 7 personnel on two multimillion dollar satellite communications terminals, 93D and AN-TSC/156B Phoenix, for numerous military missions throughout Germany and one strategic satellite dish maintenance mission in Bagram, Afghanistan.During the deployment I worked as the Operations Manager at Forward Operating Base Salerno, Afghanistan’s Technical Control Facility Help Desk. The Help Desk addressed various computer network issues, complied and maintained cyber security standards, and executed critical system upgrades within our area of operations for over 3,000 personell located on the base. I was also inserted as the Brigade Help Desk Operations Manager for a four months in order to provide organization, motivation and direction to 5 employees in the Chief Executive Officer’s area of operations. Throughout my time in the CEO's area of operations I was given lots of positive feedback about the direction and organization that the Help Desk was headed in by senior level management.
