Manage a robust Compliance Risk Management (CRM) regime to monitor all GFE processes, ensuring root, cause and corrective action is implemented to address any non-compliant areas. Update the CRM Register on a monthly basis for dissemination at Executive Leadership Business Process Reviews (BPR). Manage the annual stocktaking cycle of GFE ensuring MoD Form 749 and 750 processes are followed to identify and report discrepancies to the AAC. Review the Government and Company owned inventory to identify slow-moving or surplus material for potential sale or disposal to meet budgetary targets set by the MoD. Capture the cost saving benefits for distribution to the Chinook Project Team. Produce a monthly report for the AAC to detail the transfer of GFE from Boeing to the Ministry of Defence. Act as the Boeing focal for the provision of accurate and detailed management reports of all GFE equipment to assist with the financial reconciliation of MoD accounts. Engage with Rotorcraft Support Programme Managers to develop GFE processes for current practices. Similarly, provide expert advice on all GFE matters as required for business development opportunities. Key Performance Indicators/ Programme Metrics - Produce a Balance Scorecard to detail GFE compliance metrics for dissemination at monthly Supply Chain Management reviews. Attend and host meetings (including Webex) as required.
