Since leaving Telefonica in May 2014 I have pursued my own desire in the property business. I have personal interest in the property market for the past 12 years. In my recent time I have purchased properties via Savills auction (2 Flat in South Croydon CR2 area) as a development/renovation projects and in which now produces rent. I have underwritten on 3 additional properties via Auction House London. The passion I have is the ability to negotiate in something I find interesting and making money from the sale. I have dealt with sales and customer excellence my whole career life up to date and would like to find a career that interests me and I find rewarding. The passion I show when it comes to sales and building customer relations will be easily seen, demonstrated and the natural ability to build trust and rapport is now become a natural element of my everyday life. I am now looking for a new career within Sales/Public Relations/Home Office/Council/Visa and Immigration.
