I am equally at home refereeing an inter-house football semi-final, teaching pupils how to operate on a mountainside or assisting in the wings of a theatre. Current interests are flipped learning and Careers and Futures education. 2024-5 is going to be the year I begin connecting my teaching and mentoring skills to my outdoor interests. As of August 2024 I have passed the Mountain Leader assessment and aim to complete a PADI IDC with a view to developing these areas in a more professional capacity in the future. Other activities: marathon training, walking in mountains, caving, wreck/cave diving, D&D and MTG.
