Back to Switzerland, I established and led the Swiss subsidiary as its CEO, setting up the legal and HR structure and processes, recruiting and empowering the management team and key staff as well as expanding the service portfolio. Planning and project-management of a state of the art, high-value logistics centre in Zurich was a major highlight. With over 20 years of leadership- experience in businesses where people play a major role, joining a large HR-Consulting company as a Management-, International Business Consultant and Team Manager for Corporate Accounts was the logical next step. Making my dream come true, I started my own company "Talents and more", combining business experience with empathetic, yet goal-oriented people focus and tested, reliable search and selection instruments.
