During these three years, I have learned so many skills, ranging from clear communication, conflict management, creative problem solving and the list goes on. To not knowing what sustainability is to becoming an advocate. Who knew that a person’s worldviews could drastically change? You could say that the Diploma is a gold mine which I have struck, as this also opened other opportunities for me. I interned at Digital Frontiers, a non-profit development sector implementing partner, where I had to research, filter and present the information. I was quick to learn and adapt to the working environment and to my role. Finally, developing the skills I have gained for the past three years, and experience and using class and personal learnings, I know I am equipped to fulfil my role of becoming a social entrepreneur.
